Kelly Martin-Vegue, training and outreach coordinator, and Julia Pascua, ERPO advocate, at the King County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office and the Seattle City Attorney’s Office, presented on Extreme Risk Protection Orders (ERPO). Extreme Risk Protection Orders are a civil court order issued when there is reasonable cause to believe someone poses a significant risk of harming themselves or others if they have access to firearms.
